About Us

The Meyer Institute for Truth and Justice is an independent nonprofit institute dedicated to advancing investigative excellence, justice, and human dignity. While we are known for our work on cold cases and unidentified decedents, our broader mission includes the development of modern investigative methods, improved identification techniques, and advocacy for overlooked victims. We support and initiate projects on both national and international levels, including Coldcasezaken.nl and Coldcaseworld.com, and are continuously expanding into related areas such as missing persons and recent unsolved cases. As a research-driven organization, we combine field investigation with analytical innovation to uncover truths that others may have missed. At our core, we believe that every case matters — and that answers, however long delayed, still bring meaning.
